Helen Adams Realty Partners with Anne Springs Close Greenway

Helen Adams Realty is proud to announce its recent partnership with Anne Springs Close Greenway, a nature preserve and outdoor recreational facility in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

 

Anne Springs Close Greenway’s mission is to connect people to nature through recreational and educational activities while fostering a passion for environmental conservation, animal habitat, and protection of natural resources. The land at the facility was donated by the children of Anne Springs Close to honor her lifelong commitment to recreation and the environment. The Greenway is funded in part by memberships, program fees and generous donations from individuals and corporations.

 

Through our sponsorship of the Greenway, Helen Adams Realty has the opportunity to be involved in several events including the ASCG Summer Concert Series and the inaugural Boil and Brew, a low country boil event held in November. Aside from these events, the Greenway offers experiences and camps throughout the year encouraging people to get outside and enjoy the nature around them. With the new office in Fort Mill, this relationship with Anne Springs Close Greenway was a natural addition to the firm’s community outreach programs. The Greenway is a local staple and has supported the upstate South Carolina community since its inception in 1995.

In 1995, the Anne Springs Close Greenway, a 2,100 acre nature preserve in Fort Mill, South Carolina, was dedicated to the public to serve as a natural buffer from urban development and a place for countless activities – from hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding, to picnics, kayaking and more.  

 
Helen Adams, a sixth generation Charlottean, founded her residential real estate company in Charlotte in 1975. Her legacy to the company was her commitment to the highest level of personal service, unmatched area knowledge, exceptional real estate expertise, and unwavering ethical standards.
